What can be a wonderful time for many, can also be a nightmare for allergy sufferers. So if that springtime burst of pollen leaves you sneezing, wheezing and wiping your nose well into summer, know that you can help ease your suffering. And I’m not talking about equipping yourself with the most potent antihistamines, but a few things you can do around the house to lower your indoor pollen count. 1 Get an air purifier
