Raymond Antonio joined Mario Carey Realty (now Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate) in October 2011 as an Appraisal Assistant. Prior to that, he had spent thirty years in the financial services industry, specializing in residential mortgage and commercial lending. In October 2012, he successfully passed the Bahamas Real Estate Association’s entry level course and is a licensed real estate salesman. Raymond is an Appraisal Associate, working along with the firm's President and Senior Appraiser, Mario Carey.  He enjoys meeting people and providing quality service.

Mr. Raymond Antonio is a graduate of the College of The Bahamas (now University of The Bahamas) with a Diploma in Banking & Finance.  He has more than twenty-five years’ experience in residential and commercial real estate mortgage financing.  Having entered the real estate industry in 2012, Raymond is a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association, a licensed Sales Agent and Appraiser, a member of the National Association of Realtors®, a Certified International Property Specialist and a Fellow of the Bahamas Institute of Financial Services.  Raymond has completed appraisals on vacant land, acreage, single- and multi-family residential properties, condominiums, commercial office and retail buildings and resorts in New Providence, Paradise Island, Grand Bahama, Andros, Exuma, Abaco, Long Island, Eleuthera & Bimini.

Raymond continues to educate himself and has passed two courses towards achieving the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation.  A firm believer in giving back to the community, Raymond has been a Kiwanian since 1982, and is a Distinguished President of the Kiwanis Club of Over-The-Hill. An accomplished pianist and organist, Raymond is the accompanist for several of Nassau’s finest choirs and choral groups.
