This rectangular parcel of land consists of 5 multi family lots, the two largest of them on the beach, featuring 264 feet of pristine beach front.. They are located in Snow Bay, one of the most attractive and protected beaches in all of San Salvador. The lots are on the southeastern side of the island. The zoning for all of these lots are either duplexes, triplexes or fourplexes. Altogether you can build 14 dwellings on these lots. This area doesn't have power yet, so one has to live off the grid with generators and solar power. At the far end of Snow Bay is the entrance to Pigeon Creek, a lake that is perfect for canoeing or kayaking. San Salvador is a charming and pristine 12 miles long and 6 miles wide island, rich on history; from the first discovery by Christopher Columbus to the plantation era. There are lots of interesting and beautiful spots on the island with breathtaking scenery. With its many inland lakes stretching from south to north, it is truly a stunningly beautiful island. You can hike for hours on the beach, go bicycle riding around the island or snorkel on fully alive reefs with the deep ocean close by. Deep Sea Fishing is great too. In Cockburn Town, the main settlement, you'll find a grocery store, some other stores and restaurants and the International Airport, all about 20 minutes away by car. There is an old lighthouse to explore, with awesome views from the top. With less than 1000 people living on the island, you'll find peace and quiet here. San Salvador is the perfect place for eco-tourism. The 3 cays outside of Snow Bay protect the beach and the bay, so many kind of water sport is possible on most days of the year.
