This well-built home on an elevated lot in the charming and peaceful Sandy Point area features vaulted ceilings and an open kitchen living room with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are large covered porches both in the front and the back of the house. The path to the beach is not far from the house, and there are several beautiful beaches in Sandy Point you can access by car in five minutes. Two of the bedrooms are connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. There is Cable Internet and TV with a phone landline to the house. Sandy Point is only a 20-minute ride to town, where the grocery stores, the hardware store, the government offices and the clinic are located. You can drive around this beautiful island in one hour, with beaches on all sides. San Salvador is attractive for kite surfing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling.
