• What area would you like to live in?
• What is your price range? Do you know the maximum you can spend?
• What kind of home interests you? (two-storey, condo, townhouse, duplex, gated)
• What interior and exterior features are important to you?
• Do you need an enclosed yard?
• Are your pets going to be a problem?
• Do you want a pool?
• Do you want a park nearby or on the property?
